Terms of return of goods
We guarantee the right to return goods in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Return of goods of proper quality
The goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Conditions: the presentation, packaging, labels and documents (receipt, warranty card) are preserved.
Goods included in the list of non-returnable (for example, personal hygiene products, cosmetics) are not subject to return.
Return of goods of inadequate quality
If the goods are defective or damaged during delivery, you have the right to demand a replacement, repair or refund.
An examination may be required to check the quality.
How to arrange a return?
Write a statement to souvenir.magic@mail.ru or call +7 925 193 77 07. Specify the order number and the reason for the return.
Attach a photo of the goods, receipt and packaging.
Wait for instructions from the manager. We will arrange for the return of the goods or indicate the address for sending.
Refunds
Funds are returned to the card or bank account from which the payment was made within 3-10 business days after the goods are accepted.
Important!
The store compensates for transportation costs for the return of defective goods.
Return of goods of proper quality is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
