PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT OF THE ONLINE STORE "MAGIC OF SOUVENIRS"

1. OFFERER

acting on the basis of a certificate of state registration of an individual entrepreneur,
hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", publicly offers to conclude a retail sale and purchase agreement for goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") on the terms of this offer.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them under the terms of the offer.
2.2. The range, characteristics and prices of the goods are indicated on the website: https://souvenir-magic.ru. Images of the goods are for reference only.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER
3.1. Acceptance (full acceptance of the terms) is considered to be the Buyer's placing an order through the website:
Adding the goods to the cart;
Filling out the order form (name, contacts, delivery address);
Confirming the order by clicking the "Place an order" button.
3.2. The Seller sends the Buyer an order confirmation by email

4. PRICE OF THE GOODS AND PAYMENT
4.1. The price of the goods is indicated on the website at the time of placing the order.
4.2. Payment is possible:
Online payment (card, electronic money);
Upon receipt (cash on delivery).
4.3. Ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer after full payment.

5. DELIVERY
5.1. Delivery methods: courier service, Russian Post, pick-up from the pick-up point.
5.2. Delivery time: up to 25 business days. The exact terms are agreed upon after placing the order.
5.3. The risk of damage/loss of the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment of signing the documents of receipt.

6. RETURN OF GOODS
6.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods:
Before receipt - by canceling the order;
After receipt - within 14 days (for goods of proper quality).
6.2. Refunds are made within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Seller.
6.3. Goods of inadequate quality are accepted for return in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

7. LIABILITY

7.1. The buyer is responsible for providing incorrect data when placing an order.

8. PERSONAL DATA
8.1. The buyer agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the website: https://souvenir-magic.ru/privacy-policy

9. FORCE MAJEURE
9.1. The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure (wars, natural disasters, actions of government agencies).

10. FINAL PROVISIONS
10.1. Disputes are resolved through claims, and if no agreement is reached, in court at the place of registration of the individual entrepreneur (Shatura, Moscow Region).
10.2. The offer is valid indefinitely. The seller has the right to change the terms by publishing a new version on the website https://souvenir-magic.ru.
